Levi’s multifaceted journey spans creative music education in Philadelphia Public Schools, environmental initiatives addressing food insecurity in North Philadelphia, and the co-founding of the North Philly Peace Park. As an International Educator, Levi designs curriculums for schools in Philadelphia and Liberia, Africa, and is the founder of the Universal African Science Academy, focusing on urban youth empowerment. In essence, Nu Minds Nu Earth is not merely a company; it’s a force for positive social impact, weaving together education, community engagement, and environmental consciousness to create a brighter future for urban communities locally and globally.

Amanda Ayala, BS, CB is an Occupational Therapist Assistant. licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and Florida. She is the Co-founder of Nu Minds Nu Earth, a dynamic organization that operates at the intersection of education, community development, and environmental sustainability. This multifaceted company is dedicated to fostering positive change, primarily focusing on urban communities. With a foundation deeply rooted in Philadelphia, PA, Nu Minds Nu Earth is not just a business but a catalyst for transformation. The company’s diverse initiatives include creative music education in public schools, constructive environmental projects such as urban agricultural farms in food-insecure neighborhoods, and global education through curriculum design in Liberia, Africa. Additionally, Nu Minds Nu Earth proudly stands as the driving force behind the Universal African Science Academy, nurturing the intellectual and creative capacities of urban youth. Currently, Amanda serves as the Community Outreach Coordinator for Mill Creek Farm and the Executive Administrative Assistant for the Black Farmers Market Co-op in Philadelphia PA.
